With the official opening of its new offices in Essen, Belgium and a second packaging line coming online in June, Innovad Group is building the infrastructure to match its global ambitions; without losing sight of the people who make it possible.
Innovad Group, a global producer of feed additives and animal health solutions active in over 75 countries, officially opened its new offices in Essen, Belgium on June 19.
The opening coincides with the commissioning of a second packaging line at the same site. A combination that signals a clear strategic intent: Innovad Group is investing in the foundations it needs to scale.
New packaging lines: Capacity built to scale
May and June mark a significant operational milestone for Innovad Group with the introduction of new packaging lines at the Essen production site.
The expansion increases the company’s packaging capacity significantly, directly supporting Innovad Group’s ability to serve its growing customer base across more than 75 countries.
A workplace built for the next phase
The new office building, officially opened on June 19, was designed to support the kind of organization Innovad Group is: collaborative, agile, and people-first.
The building replaces the company’s previous premises and consolidates teams in a modern environment designed around productivity, wellbeing, and long-term use.
“This is an investment in both our capacity and our people. The new packaging line helps us serve our customers better, and our new offices are built around wellbeing and collaboration. Growth and the people who drive it go hand in hand,” said CEO Ben Letor.

Growth with a long-term view
Innovad Group has been based in Essen since decades and has expanded from a Belgian producer into a global organization with four international specialized production sites, 15 global offices, and over 220 employees worldwide.
Its product portfolio spans feed additives, gut health solutions, mycotoxin management, and performance nutrition for cattle, poultry, and pigs.
The investments announced, in both infrastructure and working environment, are consistent with Innovad Group’s strategic direction: science-driven, sustainability-focused and future-ready: built to serve an international customer base.
